London 2012 Opening Ceremony: Countdown & Green and Pleasant Land

The countdown started for us to join the major broadcasting programme and you could see the whole “Isle of Wonder” concept taking shape.  Of course by now we’d had quite a lot of country life stuff to contend with, but the national songs/anthems started to whip everybody up into a new stage of excitement.  

There was also a rumour that the tree would do stuff.
